Well the boys are clearly still in one piece after what seemed like an eternity of tackling against a very polished Washington team last Saturday at the Chuckanut Bay Rugby field in Bellingham.
The BC team managed 3 tries on the day but the opposition more than tripled that effort. Nevertheless, it was a great experienced for those picked from far and wide to attend the BC camp in the first place, which was clearly intended to grow rugby around the province and each region had representation.
It’s tough not to argue that the BC champion Tide team should have represented the province given that the US team was so polished but heck that is politics and no good JBAA member would want to stir that pot!
Huddy huddy boys, next year!
