Greetings JBAA family and new members!
Rob Nichol, JBAA Youth Coordinator
My name is Rob and I'm excited to be the new Youth Coordinator for the James Bay Athletic Association. I have more than 20 years experience coaching everyone from youth to Premiership and in four different countries. I intend to build upon the great work that's already been done and aid our coaches in providing your children with the best possible sporting experience!

We have committed to running a team at every age group this season, each with a handful of leaders. If you think you might like to pitch in as a co-coach or manager, let me know. I am nearly finished a comprehensive resource to support our coaches with modern instructional strategies and fun activities.
I also want to add more to our social media channels; informing, connecting, and celebrating all that we do across all teams in this wonderful rugby family.
